Welcome to my space for support and transformation.
I’m Clio Byrne, certified in Hatha Yoga and Yoga for Grief. Yoga for grief sessions offer a safe and deep space to live through the process of loss with compassion, patience and acceptance. They help us honour our emotions, understand the physical and mental impact of grief, and open a path toward integral wellbeing.
By integrating body, mind and emotions, we can find the strength to keep moving forward, recognising that grief is not something you “get over”, but something you integrate with love and awareness. I offer you a space to explore and process your pain, at your own pace.
This approach is an invitation to accompany the grieving process with gentleness, wisdom and a deep inner connection. If you feel that pain, sadness or anxiety are interfering with your wellbeing, and you’re looking for a softer, more holistic way to heal, this is your space.
Conscious yoga with gentle postures adapted to each person.
Body expression to release suppressed emotions such as sadness, anger or guilt, preventing them from turning into physical tension or pain.
Therapeutic sounds (singing bowls, mantras and frequencies) that support relaxation, inner connection and the release of emotional blocks.
Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, restore emotional balance and deepen connection with yourself.
Emotional support and self-compassion, creating an empathetic environment where each session adapts to the physical and emotional state of every person, without pressuring outcomes.
