Set in a beautiful natural environment, we combine deeply relaxing and restorative practices such as yoga (no previous experience needed), breathwork techniques to relieve stress, mindful walks in nature, inspiring workshops, live mantra music concerts, and sound baths with therapeutic bowls and instruments for deep relaxation.

The swimming pool will be available for use during free time.

By Train:
There is a direct train from Barcelona to Cardedeu (direction Sant Celoni), taking around 45–50 minutes.
From Cardedeu station, you can take a taxi which will bring you to the retreat in about 10 minutes.
By Car:
If you are driving, there is parking available at the rural house where the retreat is held.
We always encourage car sharing between women who are driving and those without a vehicle.
All rooms are equipped with towels and have private bathrooms and showers. Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 to 3 people, ensuring maximum comfort.

Clio Byrne is an experienced retreat leader, certified yoga teacher —specialized in Hatha and Somatic Yoga (RYT 500)—, vocal coach, professional singer, women’s circle facilitator, and music & sound therapist (Master’s in Music Therapy). Originally from Ireland, Clio is now based in Barcelona, where she runs YogaClio, her own wellness and yoga studio. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she offers retreats, workshops, and classes in both languages, both in person and online, creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
With over 15 years of dedication to the wellness field, she uses a somatic, body-centered approach that integrates yoga, breathwork, movement, and sound to help people cultivate healthier bodies and minds, promoting overall balance and well-being.
As a professional singer, Clio regularly performs with her musical duo in and around Barcelona. She also leads a Medicine Music project, offering live mantra concerts at festivals and retreats, crafting immersive and transformative experiences that uplift and inspire through the healing power of sound and vibration.
Her intuitive and nurturing guidance creates a safe, supportive space where participants can reconnect with their bodies, process emotions, experience deep relaxation, and undergo transformative personal growth — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Alvina is deeply passionate about mindfulness, well-being, and mental health. She is a certified mindfulness teacher with a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from the University of Aberdeen. She specializes in the Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) and the Compassion-Based Living Course (CBLC). She is also an experienced teacher of the Finding Peace in a Frantic World course, guiding others towards calm and clarity.
Alvina teaches for charities and works with schools to improve educational outcomes. She is committed to ongoing professional development in mindfulness and mental health and is registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.
