Hello and welcome to this pre-recorded yoga course designed especially to support you through your grieving process. In this course, you’ll find a variety of tools and practices to help you channel your emotions and find comfort in moments of loss. This course is structured so you can move forward at your own pace.
Each session includes reflection exercises, yoga, body expression, mantras and breathing techniques that will allow you to explore your feelings and connect with your body in a compassionate way.
The aim is to offer you a safe refuge where you can process the pain, sadness and emotions that arise on this journey.
