I’m originally from Ireland, but I now live in Barcelona, where I own and run my own wellness and yoga studio, Yoga Clio.
In addition to being a certified Yoga Instructor, I am also a professional singer, vocal coach, and certified Music & Sound Therapist. I regularly perform live concerts in Barcelona, across Spain, and internationally with my musical duo. I also offer sound baths, singing circles, mantras, and live medicine music concerts at retreats, festivals, and events.
At my retreats, I love to weave together a blend of holistic elementsâbreathwork, live music, yoga, movement, sound, and somatic vocal and body expressionâalways tailoring the experience to meet the unique needs of each participant, with the goal to create a deeply relaxing, healing, and transformative journey.
