For years, yoga has been my refuge and source of inspiration, guiding me through moments of transformation and personal growth. My goal is to help others find their own path to well-being through the practice of yoga.

I offer Hatha Yoga classes (I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with 500 RYT training (recognized by Yoga Alliance International) and also provide Therapeutic Yoga sessions to help channel grief and emotions (I am certified in Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for Grief)
