My classes are designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners, tailored to each student’s needs and goals. With a maximum of three students per class, I offer a personalized environment to ensure that I give detailed attention to each student.
In my classes, we explore asanas with a focus on alignment, which is key to performing each pose accurately, maximizing its benefits, and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, I incorporate gentle Yoga sequences, known as “Yoga flows,” to create a balanced and comprehensive practice.

Hello, I’m Clio, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Grief Yoga teacher (navigating grief and emotional well-being through Yoga, Movement and Sound).
My Yoga journey began over 25 years ago when I discovered that practicing Yoga became an essential part of my physical, mental, and emotional health.
I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous students on their journey of discovery and transformation through Yoga, helping them enhance their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
I graduated as a Yoga teacher in 2006 at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India. Since then, I’ve continued training at various schools and Ashrams worldwide, including in Paris, London, Spain, and India, always seeking to deepen my practice and enrich my teaching.
Practicing at home can reduce the anxiety of being observed by others, which is especially beneficial for beginners.
I provide recorded classes so you can revisit the sessions at your own pace.

In our beginner Yoga classes, we focus on introducing new practitioners to the basics of Yoga in an accessible and gradual way.
Key Aspects Include:
Yoga for intermediate and advanced levels focuses on deepening your practice and exploring more advanced poses.
Introduce more challenging asanas, such as inversions (e.g., Shoulder Stand or Handstand) and variations of basic postures requiring greater strength and flexibility.
Incorporate faster and more fluid flows, combining various postures to build endurance and focus.
Explore deeper pranayama techniques to regulate energy and enhance concentration.
Special attention is given to alignment, with more subtle adjustments in postures to maximize the practice’s benefits.
