Thank you for connecting. I am a Hatha Yoga Teacher certified with International Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).
My Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students. There is a maximum of three students per class, and my classes are highly personalized and focused on each student’s needs and goals.
With my students, I explore asanas based on alignment (alignment is the term used in Yoga to describe the precise way to perform any Yoga posture to maximize its benefits and minimize the risk of injury). I also include gentle “Yoga flows” for a complete practice.
Yoga classes in Barcelona
In all my sessions, I like to convey a sense of progression and transformation from one posture to another, from breath to breath.
I am also a Breath Coach (Certified with Innercamp and IBF Foundation). During Yoga sessions, we practice various breathing methods.
The breathing exercises we practice in classes help release tensions and reduce stress and anxiety.
I use this wonderful combination of Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Therapy to disconnect from our heads, reconnect with the body, move stuck energy and emotions, and become an active participant in our own healing.
I offer highly personalized classes and adapt them depending on each student’s needs. You can take individual or shared classes. There is a maximum of 3 people per group class.
Class schedules: mornings, mid-days, and evenings – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Classes are 50 minutes long.

My Yoga Studio is right next to Plaza Eivissa in Horta, very close to the metro and bus stop.

Certified teacher
I am certified with RYT 500 hours approved by Yoga Alliance International and I have many years of experience teaching Yoga and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques).

The studio is a tranquil and comfortable space, ideal for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Hatha Yoga Classes for All Levels
In our beginner Yoga classes, we focus on introducing new practitioners to the basics of yoga in an accessible and gradual way.
Here are some key aspects:
- Basic postures (asanas): Simple and fundamental postures like Downward Dog, Mountain, and Child’s Pose are taught. These postures help improve flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Breathing techniques (pranayama): Conscious breathing and basic techniques are introduced to calm the mind and improve focus.
Meditation and relaxation: Includes meditation and relaxation exercises to foster a mind-body connection and reduce stress. - Alignment: Emphasis is placed on the correct body alignment in each posture to prevent injuries and enhance the benefits of yoga.
- Adaptations: Modifications and variations are offered to make postures accessible to all skill levels.
- Flow: In some classes, gentle sequences combining different postures are taught, facilitating transitions between them.
- Body connection: Encourages listening to and connecting with one’s body, promoting a more intuitive practice.
Intermediate and Advanced Yoga
Yoga for intermediate and advanced levels focuses on deepening the practice and exploring more advanced postures. Here are some key aspects:
Advanced postures
More complex asanas are introduced, such as inversions (for example, Shoulder Stand or Headstand) and variations of basic postures, requiring greater strength and flexibility.
More dynamic sequences
Classes may include faster and more fluid flows, combining several postures to develop endurance and concentration.
Advanced breathing techniques
Deeper pranayama techniques can be explored to control energy and improve focus.
Alignment and adjustments
More attention is paid to alignment and how to make subtler adjustments in postures to maximize benefits.
