Retreat Cancellation Policy & Payment terms

Payment details

A minimum non-refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure your place at our wellness retreat in Barcelona. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. When you sign up, you will receive an email with your invoice enabling you to pay the remainder of the balance any time. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your retreat’s start date. 

If the remaining amount is not yet paid 8 weeks prior the start date, we will understand that you no longer wish to join the retreat, your place will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. To avoid this, just keep in touch and explain your situation so that we can assist You and find a solution together. 

We aim to price our retreats as low as possible. For this reason, the retreats will only go ahead if min. 12 participants have signed up – so if you’d like a specific retreat to go ahead, do not wait till the last minute! Express your interest and  sign up 😊

Cancellations

  1. The deposit is non-refundable
  2. 65+ days before the start date: If you paid the full fee, you will receive a refund minus the €150 non-refundable deposit
  3. 0-64 days before the start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. We will do our best to re-sell your place, which we have a better chance doing if you let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to resell your place, we will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, or offer you a new date to transfer to! If only the deposit was paid, we are only able to offer a refund on this, in exceptional cases. 

Refunds cannot be made: 

    1. If your transport (train/air etc.) is cancelled
    2. No-shows, i.e. you don’t cancel and you don’t let us know that you won’t be attending, or if you cancel at such short notice that we are unable to re-sell your place
  • Any illnesses —> please purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting us not being able to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of participants to run the retreat is not met, or in case of Force Majeure. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full  amount you paid us in respect of  retreat. We cannot be held liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, holiday days or exchange rate losses.

And, did I already mention… We very much recommend that you purchase travel insurance! It’s best to be prepared for any eventualities that might happen. 

Upon booking your place on our Retreat, we ask that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy; to ensure you are fully aware of the above. 

By having completed the booking and paid the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood both of these policies (we’re trying to make these less dull to read!). Cancellations are rare, but it’s good to be familiar with these rules.

Early Check-In – Late Check-Out

Please notify us in advance of any need to arrive early or leave late. We’ll look to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

 

Waiver Liability

  1. By attending this wellness retreat, you acknowledge that yoga and related activities carry inherent risks. You agree to release the organizers and instructors from any liability for injuries or accidents. 
  1. By attending this wellness retreat, you consent to the use of  photos or videos taken during the event for future promotional purposes
