Her work weaves together the worlds of sound, movement, and holistic wellness to create a gentle yet powerful path to self-expression, inner calm, and emotional release.
Originally from Ireland and now based in Barcelona, Clio is the founder of Yoga Clio, her own wellness studio dedicated to voice, yoga, and embodied healing practices. At Yoga Clio, she offers classes, workshops, sound baths, and private sessions that integrate vocal coaching, breathwork, yoga, and somatic movement—all designed to help people come home to their bodies and their voices.
As a trained music therapist, qualified Hatha, grief/somatic yoga instructor, and experienced vocal coach, Clio brings a deeply informed, trauma-sensitive approach to her teaching.
